Unable to send a message from the inbox #301

I'm testing the latest version of fsnet deployed on the public instance : 
0.7.3-SNAPSHOT (What do I see ? SNAPSHOT deployed on the Internet ? :p)

So, this is an enhancement and an ergonomy issue at the same time :

When I go to my inbox I can't send a new message to one or multiple users. 

I was thinking that this feature was available two years ago, No ?

Same issue using Firefox in private browsing mode (see attached screen shot).

The right "Envoyer des messages" has been added to "Universite Artois" group.
M. Boniface has performed a new test.
Now, it's ok : he can use "Envoyer des messages" in his inbox.
