wrong hour in event

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go on DisplayCreateEvent.do
2. make a normal event, select a begin/end date with the calandar and create it
3. show it on Events.do : the time is 00:00 instead of what you have chosen

What is the expected output? 
20:00
What do you see instead?
00:00

What version of the product are you using? 
fsnet-0.7.4
On what operating system?
Ubuntu 10.4
