Advance Card Cannot be Pinned in Power BI Service #12

Describe the bug The Advance Card cannot be pinned to dashboard in Power BI Service. Have tried numerous times in the span of 3 days but still cannot pin Advance Card.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Power BI desktop
  2. Click on "Import a custom visual" in "VISUALIZATIONS" section
  3. Search "Advance Card"
  4. Import visualization
  5. Use visualization and save Power BI file.
  6. Publish Power BI file to Power BI Service.
  7. Pin the Advance Card visual to dashboard in Power BI Service.

Expected behavior Advance Card is pinned to dashboard.

@markefrody Thank you for detail explanation.

This seems to be the known issue from Power BI side. check the following thread. https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Can-t-Pin-Visualization-to-Dashboard/td-p/481717

I tested this on my machine with v1.0.8 and it is working. see the gif below. [N|Solid]()

I tested this on both Chrome and Internet explorer 11.

As of this time Power BI now resolved the issue.
