Strange Tooltip behavior in Power BI Service #45

Describe the bug Strange behavior with Advance Cards In Power BI Service : Tooltips are shown far from its card, on the top level of the page

To Reproduce

  1. Open an existing report in Power Bi Service which contain an advance visual card
  2. Notice the tooltips far from the card

Expected behavior Tooltips should be shown just next to the card

Advanced Card Version: 2.1.1 Power BI Service (no problem in Power BI Desktop)
