Tooltip pane is missing #76

All existing Advanced Cards with tooltips are blank now. When creating new one, tooltip pane is not there anymore, under General.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create new visual using Advanced Card
  2. Add measure
  3. Add tooltips measure
  4. Click on General
  5. Scroll down - there is no 'Tooltip' pane
