related_field_name #159

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. add or update a new dropdownlist profile field
2.
3.

the form field for related_field_name does not exist.
I went to the database and added it manually and it worked fine.

what if I want to use the dropdownlist without an activedirectory class?

the field exists in my database but still is not visible in my form.
