In-app billing V3 subscription, if recurring payment fails, will Google cancel this susbcription? #154

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Integrate in-app billing subscription to app
2. User buys this subscription item, and Google bills user successfully
3. At next month, the recurring payment fails

Questions: (1). In this situation, will google cancel this subscription?
