Description

In frontend/src/components/Layout/Footer.jsx the copyright is static 2023.

To Reproduce

I will make the year is dynamic based on this year.

Sir @bhavy3103 can you assign this issue to me Sir? I am new to open source contributions and I would love to contribute to your project Sir. I also participated in Hacktoberfest2024.
