Add a New Feed hangs when using a secondary API #5

Thanks for this very useful plugin! We built numerous feeds successfully. We later changed the plugin's settings to use a secondary Highrise API so generated contacts would be associated with that user instead of the main Highrise user. This worked as desired. However, when we try add a new feed it hangs where we select the form. We can work around this by changing the plugin's settings back to the main API to add a feed. Then we change it back to the secondary API when done adding feeds.

When it hangs while selecting the form, is there any output in the JavaScript console? Anytime that form selection hangs, it's usually due to some JS error.

When we switch our Highrise CRM settings to the main Highrise API Token the error goes away. We want to use another Highrise user's API Token so the Highrise entries reflect the correct user, which in this case is not the main user. Thanks for your assistance.

Note: This is not fatal since we can swap API tokens when we need to add a new feed...and then swap it back.
