Updates for GF 2.3 #6

Hi Ben,

This plugin is great, but I've had to modify it for support GF 2.3 and all of the internal db structure changes. (I've also incorporated Webaware's changes to support Quantity fields).

Do you still intend to support this plugin? If not, I'm willing to take it over.

Hi Bruce,

Unfortunately, I don't have any plans for ongoing support, but am happy to hand the keys over to you. I've added you as a contributor to this repo. If you send me your wordpress.com username I can do the same on the plugin repo.
