Should only be able to use tools once per round. #18

I added a quick and dirty way to use tools in 15e1e854b99d6b96e0ba2f29b14db894eac68c13. It does not yet account for tapping/untapping tools, so players can use them over and over. (Also, they're ugly as hell).

i think i fixed this

i tried doing animations for tapping, but the problem is we blow away the contents of each view and completely re-render everytime, so animations don't really take effect. like @bhazzard said today, we might need to be more selective about when we re-render vs. just update... but this is probably fine for a demo video
