Current player indicator #23

Show whose turn it is... somehow. Maybe just highlight the player's color above the "player board" thing

I made some progress here. What do you think?

Note: the player boards do a little dance at round resets... I was too tired to worry about it though.

The dance is a combination of the feeding round and rotating the leader. What we probably want to do is only trigger the animation when we're "blocked" waiting for user input. (i don't know exactly how to do this at the moment)

Switched to CSS transitions, which fixes the little dance... closing this
