Dialog styling #33

Show dialogs near where they are relevant
Padding
Replace buttons with images
Some sort of background image

Dialogs we have now:

Resolution ~~(show tool images instead of checkboxes)~~
Placement
Feeding
Civilization cards (eventually)
Purchasing buildings
Game over dialog (show player ranking or something)

I styled everything but Game Over dialog (and the non-existant Civ-card dialog). The sizes I used are a little less than perfect, but they should be fine for a demo. I might make a smaller "small" dialog for worker placement, it seems way too big.

I made the meeples on the dialog bigger, I think it works now... if we get lucky and get to do the "real deal" we'll need higher quality meeple images because these are just the same ones scaled up to double the size

I also added "shadow" meeples that are kind of grayed out to represent "potential" meeples that cannot be placed (because they have already been placed, or you haven't acquired the extra meeples yet)

Now we show the building card on the purchase dialog

styled the gameover dialog with some basic summary info... closing this for now
