Style resource selection UI element #37

Make it pretty... show resource images, make +/- buttons images

Using arrowheads for up/down, showing resource images... using a not-so-pretty image for lose 10 points, but meh

Also, had to switch ok/cancel back to button elements so they could be disabled. Otherwise, you can just "ok" out of the feeding dialog without any consequences.
