Footnotes changed after running Percival #18

Not sure what is going on but its repeatable so yay. It might even have something to do with the book only having 17 books so it breaks since it isn't really a biblical book. ;-)

While finishing BumperSticker

Footnotes change from: <sup class="fn" id="note-backlink-0001"><a epub:type="noteref" href="BumperSticker03_back01_footnotes.xhtml#note-0001">[1]</a></sup>

To this after running Percival: <sup class="fn" id="note-backlink-0001"><a epub:type="noteref" href="BumperSticker03_back01_footnotes.xhtml#note-0001">[1</a>]

This happens immediately after running Percival. Not just after running percival finish

It passes epub check and stylecheck before Percivial (obviously now, but even when run seperately)

Happened in https://github.com/bhdirect-ebooks/EvanTheo as well

Both were under 50 refs so maybe that has something to do with it.
