Missing some refs #9

So far in my book (GoodBookNT: 9781535911122), I've only noticed this with chapter 7 references. Sometime Percival tags these references but other times it skips them.

In the image, you can see it skipped "7 v 34-35" on the top line and "7 v 31-37" on the bottom line. But it did tag "7 v 24-30".
