vmware - 7.03 installation

Hi I made an installation, guided by pdf when i configure a new decoy.. i can ping briefly for a few seconds.. but after that.. i´m not able to ping but, inside the engine console.. i can ping the decoys... if I reboot the appliance engine.. i get the same scenario.. ping 3 or for times after the reboot.. and dies again any ideas ?
