Non-approved Character Changes #120

Let's identify changes here that do not require approval. So far I have:

Avatar
Faction and Faction Rank

What other things should be excluded. Or perhaps, I should ask, what should require approval to change?

A change of faction and rank would require approval, because it is part of their history. The avatar is purely superficial and has no requirements, therefore, it does not require approval. Everything else does.
