Unclear how to setup with Zoneminder so that virtual 'camera' works

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure and build zonerama
2. Configure Zoneminder to use zonerama

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It is unclear how to setup the source tab.  It specifies Local-type which makes 
source page use /dev/video.  Switching to "File" type expects Source|Source 
Path.   It is unclear how to setup.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Zoneminder 1.25.0.  Latest SVN of zonerama.

Please provide any additional information below.

I am very excited to try and use this with XBMC plugin to have a view of 
multiple cameras!  Great job -- hopefully can get this working.

the answer is: it does not really matter. the 'virtual' or also called "merged" 
Camera is a kind of dummy where zonerama can attach the generated merged 
events. So you do not need to configure a valid source for it.

here is how i have configured my merged monitors:
General Tab:
Sourcetype: Local
Function: None

Source Tab:
set Width and Height. other stuff is default, its ignored anyway. (/dev/video)

I will improve the documentation in that aspect
