Contour plots #4

Contour plots for velocity, Re, Pr, density, mass, etc. Speed up analysis and issue identification by having visuals instead of looking at raw numbers

Feed a matrix of values, scale relative to absolute max of input matrix and plot according to bed dimensions.

Two separate functions now exist - one to plot the max temp achieved and location of max temp that the pebblebedDesign code already plotted, and another to plot normalized contours of temperature, density, velocity, pressure, reynolds number, and prandtl number. mass flow is on hold until we have variable mass flow. I also added another entry in the settings cell, which I would recommend turning off because there are a ton of contour plots.
