As a user, when I visit the Home Page or the Projects page, I should see images of all photos posted to the admin's instagram account

TBD (there are multiple components already built out, will update once appropriate one is found)

instagram api request was denied. going to have to come up with another solution for uploading files

looking into vercel blobs and free external storage solutions

Vercel blobs does not have an easy way to get files. will use firebase storage instead
