Empty Repo #1

I attempted to clone this repo for use with the config-server but all of these files seem to be empty.

Hi @seanlewis413 ,

These files are placeholders for your customized configuration. The file name maps to the microservice name. If you configure the config-server with this repo/folder, it would serve the configuration accordingly. For instance, if you want to override the configuration for dss, you can add them to dss.yml, so this external configuration can have a higher priority.
