Does it support validation of HL7 CCD 1.0 (2007)?

Officially C32, C-CDA R1.1 and C-CDA R2.1 versions are supported. You can check our README for more information. This validator is based on MDHT libraries, so you can also check their documentation for even more information. The consol2 version we are using is based on this release.
