Though the config.yaml will only be used for the pipeline itself, it needs to be the ground truth that then feeds into the DNL information output

[ ] Create documentation describing DNL Schema
[ ] Get Schema approved
[ ] Create example Schemas (ideally one for pset, icb, radiomics pipeline if they all want DNL)
