GDSC/CCLE counts are off #146

From https://pharmacodb.pmgenomics.ca/search?q=CCLE+GDSC1000, I get a count of GDSC: 1075 CCLE: 504

From a line count of the SraTable for each dataset, i get the following numbers: GDSC: 463 CCLE: 1019 https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/PRJNA523380
