Would be a lot easier to manage the negative controls if the ROIs and types (shuffled, sampled, randomized) were separated

Regions: Full, ROI, background Types: Shuffled, sampled, randomized

Product of the region and types provided as input (e.g. full + shuffled,sampled would make full_shuffled and full_sampled)
