error on load #1

error:ApBar Form Load Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServiceCe, Version=4.0.0.0 Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dc8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. the located assembly's manifest definitions does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT:0x80131040

and after this error the map does not show and i copied my maps from the old apradar3 to this one and im in crawlers nest

i figure out why its not loading the map it use to auto connect to any ffxi that was open now i have to select it
