Update devtools/conda-recipe for new dependencies #19

It appears that setup.py has been updated with new dependencies that are not necessarily reflected in devtools/conda-recipe, which means that the travis-built bhmm-dev conda development package may not work.

I'm working on an updated main conda recipe here: https://github.com/omnia-md/conda-recipes/pull/188

I was trying to test this before back-porting my changes to devtools/conda-recipe, but ran into the imports issue when testing described in #18.

Yes, I have not updated the conda recipe. Let me talk to Martin today how to do this, I haven't done this yet at all.
