Hello,
I notice that when clicking on an individual read to get the detail window, one can escape the window by clicking OK or the cross sign. However, once one hides one category of smRNA, an additional click is needed to escape, two categories two clicks, etc. The problem persists even when all smRNAs are displayed again by unselecting the hide options. The problem disappears when the page is refreshed. I assume it may be a bug in a loop somewhere, maybe an easy fix to this overall great plugin?
