Update maruku gem on rubygems.org #50

Hi Ben, thanks for the good work!

Wil there be an updated version of maruku on rubygems.org soon? (I still get the annoying warning for iconv with Ruby 1.9, even though the issue has been fixed some time ago.)

PS. The version 0.6.0 on rubygems.org is several years old. Yesterday I tried to fix an open issue (#15) that apparently had been resolved about 2 years ago. I did not realize that for a while because I still saw the wrong behaviour.

+1 for updating the gem at rubygems.org! The iconv warning is driving me nuts.

There's still a lot to do before the next version, but I'm working on it (I was out of town for a month).

Maruku 0.6.1 has been released, but it only includes the iconv fix. Other fixes will come with the larger rewrite, which is still taking a while to validate.
