for security reason (ReDOS on map files) we need to switch to postcss 8 last release

I am ready to iterate over the PR if you need me to check or change anything

There are existing issues and even a PR that discusses a major update of postcss. Please comment in thise other issues.

Im not accepting a simple bump at this time.

IIRC other users have overridden their postcss to the newer version without problems.
