Allow easy mobile-first interactions #10

For release, it will be helpful if the site can scale itself to show on mobile screens.

How would interactions (e.g., double clicking and hovering) need to change for mobile development, or do we only care that it looks good?

Hendrik fixed by adding a red banner when accessed from a mobile device. Fixing for now
