some problems following this tutorial #1

Install commands

I think https://github.com/bhopmann/uberspace7-mailfilter#installation-of-bogofilter should be 

./configure --with-database=sqlite3 --prefix=$HOME
make
make install

right?

~/bin/spam-learn

After make install bogofilter 1.2.5 i can not find the given file
