MUC creation failed - Missing acknowledge of room creation

Heya! I'm running gtalksms 4.3 on Cyanogenmod 10.1 (Jelly Bean) on a HTC One. 
For the accounts I use my own jabber server, which is Prosody 0.8.2, and I also 
use it's MUC component for multi-user chats.

Opening a MUC via a normal client (I tested with BitlBee) works just fine, but 
gtalksms gives me this, when trying to run the shell command:

SHELL_RESULTS - Error writing to MUC: MUC creation failed for Shell: Creation 
failed - Missing acknowledge of room creation.
SMS from Shell 2131362030: MUC creation failed for Shell: Creation failed - 
Missing acknowledge of room creation.

The attached log are the relevant parts in the debug logs of my jabber server 
and gtalksms.
