Compatible with roundcube 0.9 #20

Hi there, 2 small change to make it compatible with roundcube 0.9 the first fix is from

https://github.com/E-2/rc-vacation/commit/aaf98f8071408f5cf6f25ff06690ba509ce86391

the other one fixes the dabase function names.
