auto-complete when typing

[x] find best way to segment & input tags
[x] combine tags into single db instance
[x] implement back end
[x] add an x button to delete tags
[x] change placement of the md-autocomplete/add button
[x] enable enter button for adding new ones
[x] new tags don't immediately show up in search box
