Hello! I have problems with annotating "Thoughts TSR?" I'm not sure what its meaning is. I was wondering if we are delaing with the plural of "thought", because it couldn't be a verb. And I can't find a concordance with TSR. Suggestions? Thank you!

A comma is missing after "thoughts", so it should be read as "Thoughts, TSR?". I've looked up TSR and it is, among other things, the name of a forum. To capture the vocative construction, you should use a say-01 with arg2 for "TSR" (you don't have forum as an NE type, so you'll have to use "publication"). For "thoughts" - you should use a "think" frame.
