Update .taskcluster.yml so that it works with the most recent Taskcluster deployment #22

Per Dustin on the Taskcluster team:

...we're shutting down the current deployment of TC, and will help move your project to the new deployment.

Some of the details of the new deployment (such as worker pool names) are still TBD.

...as-written it works with an older Taskcluster deployment and would need some minor changes such as to worker-type names to work with a new deployment. If/when someone does pick it up, things may have changed even more. The changes we're contemplating wouldn't be anything that gets to the core of the concept that the POC proves.
