jsavory found this bug this morning during our final UX review; this bug is the result of #108

Steps to reproduce:

Clean profile, force private or fast
Load xpi in about:addons
In a new tab, visit youtube.com
Notice intro panel
Click anywhere on the panel
Notice the panel closes
In Browser console, the “window blur” event is firing and dismissing the panel prematurely.
