Make estimated quantities more randomized and realistic. #123

The # blocked ads was always 10%, which is not very realistic. I added more randomization to this calculation.

The amount of time saved, for sites with tons of blocked requests, like "dictionary.com" with over 300, would exceed the amount of time I had been on the page. This doesn't make a lot of sense, so I lowered the max % here.
