Anything except MP3 and Ogg needs to be verified

* Check licenses
* Create test files for standardized testing
* Clean up plugins

mp3, OGG and FLAC fully working with IFileStreams. No longer a dm2 issue.

We will need some test files.
Like FLAC files for 8,16,24,32 bit to hear if amplitude will be right, and 
multichannel to see if we have mapped the speakers right.
Multichannel OGG files as well.
Not sure if there is any app that can save files like "8bit 5.1 FLAC".

Should upgrade to latest mpg123 (1.6) as well for xing header seeking.
