Songs skip in Android App

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed latest version from page
2. connected to server that finished scanning musik - many titles wont 
play, others do - all songs have same rights - there is no difference 
bitween dynamic an static rates
3. also tried market version - same behaviour
4. tried installation on my pc - works great without any faults --> no 
fault on server or mp3 ?! 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Songs are skipped till there is one that can be played - but I can not 
see any differences in mp3s that are played

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Cyanogen 4.2.14

I forgot to say, that the server is the current version from the download area 
mC2dm3.2
