Could you add a README file to explain how the plugin works and re-upload it? Otherwise it's difficult for users to know how to use it.

terribly sorry! A submission was made by mistake before. I have corrected the code and description and resubmitted. (I'm not sure whether the submission was successful, because the submission interface took a long time) It is a simple plug-in that provides word count functionality in the sidebar.
