At member page, add a place where we can add a link to an external personal page

@bertdv, will icon like this: http://fontawesome.io/icon/external-link/ or http://fontawesome.io/icon/link/ in the social icons block be enough? Or do we need an explicit link like Personal website which can be set up for each member in the profile .md file?

I like the icon, but i'm afraid the icon is not as recognizable as, say, the twitter or email icons. So probably it would be better to have an icon+text. Eg icon+'personal site' Perhaps same for icon+'curriculum vitae'. What do you think yourself? Or poll the others as well here.

@bertdv I agree with you - it's way better to add two optional links for CV and personal website than to have a simple icon. I'll add that block to member page.

Done. You can now add CV and personal website links in your profile files via cv_link and personal_website attributes.
