Visual participants block in the project page #29

Added the block with participants photos to the project page. The navbar block supports arbitrary hierarchies. (Issues #27 and #28)

@bertdv Please review (pull the master branch of biaslab-hugo and develop branch of this repository).

I like it. One comment. On the project page, the header Participants: shoudl be without semi-colon (for consistency with teh other headers). Otherwise, nice job and you can merge this
