4chan closed threads handling #14

Added logic for closed threads e.g. closed sticky threads in /g/, /fit/, /trv/, threads in archive.

Looks good to me, as well for the useless whitespace removal. Haven't had much time to play with the archiver myself lately (especially the threaded and gui branches), but I'm definitely glad to look at any PRs.
