Check for Compatibility with Infinity-Next API #3

8chan will be migrating to the new Lumen PHP framework, Infinity-Next, shortly. So it was a pretty inopportune time to build the API wrapper... We might as well rename it pyvichan.

On the flip side, most of the functions look about the same, hopefully the URLs are the only things that change. I bet futabilly would keep them tied.
