cant load k4abt nuget from path #28

when using nuget Microsoft.Azure.Kinect.BodyTracking -Version 1.0.1 in the C# .net standard solution the nuget has a known bug, which that has been fixed in v1.0.1 sdk msi download but has not yet been updated

The latest version works fine with Body Tracking SDK 1.0.1
