Building Nuget package #3

Hi @bibigone Made changes for building Nuget package as we discussed.

Edited some general properties of the package (author, license ...) Version set to 0.1.0 at the moment.
Native DLLs for Sensor SDK are included with the package. They are added to referencing projects as None items copied to output directory.
