Modded bios nvme issue #7

Hi

i modded my z620 with the nvme boot but I will revert to normal 3.96 The reason is when using pcie x16 adapter with nvme works boot not tested I boot from sata ssd. I cannot access the bios get black screen. Removing the nvme adapter bios works. I got on z620 without the modded bios no issue. Because I cannot easy access my z620 systems I cannot easy remove the nvme boards when bios entry is needed. Would love to see a fix for it.

Interesting. So you are using pcie x16 slot but nvme card in it is pcie x4? I have a nvme adapter too and mine works fine to enter bios. I think it's in x8 slot. Could try a different adapter?

Also, there is that hp tool for windows that lets you change bios settings under windows from a text config file.
